We are a bookkeeping and automation services company looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to help keep our client work running smoothly. You will sit at the center of our operations, managing tasks and deliverables across our bookkeeping and automation teams. Think of this role as the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, without needing to do the technical work yourself. What you will be doing: Coordinating tasks and tracking deliverables across multiple client accounts. Collecting credentials, API keys, logins, and access permissions from clients and organizing them securely. Entering client information into our internal software and tools. Requesting and following up on financial documents from clients (bank statements, tax forms, receipts, etc.). Keeping our project management systems updated so the team always knows what is next. Communicating with clients professionally to gather what we need and keep things moving. What we are looking for: Someone who is naturally organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with software tools and learning new platforms quickly. Strong written communication skills. Able to work during Eastern Time business hours. Experience in bookkeeping, finance operations, or agency coordination is a plus but not required. You do not need a technical or accounting background. You need to be the kind of person who can manage a checklist, chase down a missing document, and keep a team on track. Details: Remote position. Must be available during Eastern Time working hours.
