You will orchestrate cross‑functional pursuits, align on business outcomes with C‑level stakeholders, and expand Infor’s footprint through value‑led cross‑sell and upsell. You’ll run a governance cadence (QBRs/EBRs), maintain a living multi‑year plan, and convert whitespace into sustainable ARR. Internally, you will build and iterate account plans and run quarterly reviews using our company account‑planning approach and templates. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Account Leadership & Strategy: Own the 3–4 named accounts end‑to‑end: strategy, execution, commercial health, and executive alignment. Build and continuously evolve multi‑year account plans with clear growth theses, whitespace maps, risk/mitigation, and a quarterly operating rhythm (QBRs/EBRs). Establish joint success metrics and governance with customer sponsors; co‑author value roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
