Tech + Marketing Integrator — Funnel Building / CRM Setup and Maintenance / Light Dev

We are looking for a skilled Tech and Marketing Integrator to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours/week) with strong potential to grow into a full-time retainer. You will be embedded across multiple client accounts, working directly with our internal team to execute builds quickly and cleanly — with zero handholding required. This is not a "set it and forget it" role. We move fast, we hold a high bar, and we need someone who can match both. What You'll Own Funnel builds and full technical setup across GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi, and other platforms as needed CRM setup, tagging, automation, and list management in ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, and Keap Domain configuration, DNS management, SSL setup, subdomain routing Email sequences, broadcast setup, automation workflows, and trigger logic Membership area builds and course platform integrations (Thinkific, Kajabi, GHL) Light front-end development — HTML/CSS edits, embed code, iframe integrations, Webflow adjustments Zapier and Make (Integromat) automation builds and troubleshooting Pixel setup, GA4 configuration, UTM tracking, and basic conversion event verification Troubleshooting integrations, broken flows, and tech stack issues across client accounts Clear documentation of what was built and how it works High-touch communication, organized follow-through, and proactive updates at every stage You Are the Right Person If: You have worked inside a marketing agency or across multiple client accounts simultaneously You can move from a brief to a live build without needing step-by-step instructions You communicate proactively — you flag issues before they become problems You understand that speed AND quality are both non-negotiable — not one or the other You have hands-on experience with at least three of the following: GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Keap, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra, Thinkific, Webflow, Zapier, Make You triple-check everything before it goes anywhere near a client Your written English is clear, professional, and prompt Non-Negotiables Fluent in written and spoken English Same-day or next-morning response during your working hours Slack is your primary communication channel and you stay on top of it You are comfortable inside project management tools and keep your work organized without being asked You are always looking for ways to improve, uplevel, and enhance — not just complete No ghosting.
