We're a specialized CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) agency working exclusively with DTC e-commerce brands. We design and build high-converting landing pages — hero pages, product detail pages (PDP), listicles, advertorials, and quiz funnels — that are A/B tested against existing pages to drive measurable revenue growth. We're looking for a talented Figma designer to become our go-to creative partner. What the role looks like You'll receive detailed copywriting briefs with all the text, section structure, and wireframe layout for each page. The copy and strategy are handled on our end — your job is to bring the page to life visually. We need someone who takes the brief as a starting point, not a ceiling. You should be pushing the creative boundaries: brand-aligned visual storytelling, strong typography hierarchy, intentional use of whitespace, engaging transitions between sections, and scroll-stopping design choices. This is not a "place text in boxes" job. This is a CREATIVE work. What we need from you Figma expertise — this is non-negotiable. All deliverables are Figma files. Deep experience in e-commerce landing pages — you've designed hero LPs, PDPs, listicles, advertorials, or similar direct-response pages. You understand what converts. Creative autonomy — you receive a copywriting brief and wireframe. You own the visual execution. You propose ideas, references, and creative directions. You don't wait to be told what to do. Brand sensitivity — each client has a different brand identity. You adapt your design to match and elevate the brand, not apply a one-size-fits-all template. Fast, clean delivery — we work on tight timelines (typically 3-5 business days per LP). V1 should be at 80%+ of the final result. We don't want 10 rounds of revisions. What you'll be designing Hero Landing Pages — long-form, scroll-driven pages focused on one product or offer. Heavy on social proof, benefits, and visual storytelling. Product Detail Pages (PDP) — redesigned buy boxes, cross-sell sections, reviews integration, trust elements. Listicles — editorial-style pages that guide the reader toward a product through comparison and storytelling. Advertorials — native-ad style pages that feel like articles but convert like landing pages. Quiz Funnels — multi-step interactive flows leading to a personalized product recommendation. How we work You receive a detailed brief (copywriting + section-by-section wireframe) You design the full page in Figma — desktop + mobile We review, give feedback (ideally 1-2 rounds max) Client validates Our dev team builds it — you don't need to code The brief includes all the copy in French, but all instructions, feedback, and communication are in English. No need to speak French. What's in it for you Consistent, recurring work — we're not looking for a one-off freelancer. If there's a match, this becomes a long-term collaboration with regular projects (2-4+ LPs per month, growing). Creative freedom — we value designers who think, not just execute. You'll have real creative input on every project. Clear briefs — no guesswork. You'll always receive structured, detailed briefs with all the information you need. Fast feedback loops — we respect your time. Reviews are quick and precise. How to Apply To make sure we're a good fit, please include in your proposal: Your portfolio link — specifically showing e-commerce landing page designs (hero pages, PDPs, listicles, or advertorials). INCLUDE THE WORD "space" to make sure you read this post. If you haven't done e-commerce LP specifically, this role isn't the right fit. One design you're most proud of — tell us briefly why. Your typical process — when you receive a copywriting brief + wireframe, what are your first steps before opening Figma? Your turnaround time — for a full LP (desktop + mobile), how long do you typically need? Your availability — how many projects can you handle per month? Generic proposals will be ignored. We're looking for specificity and proof of creative thinking.
